Display your equipment throughout the day at our Outdoor Equipment Display area, then mingle in the evening at the Indoor Trade Show & Reception. Consider sponsoring a meal or break for even greater exposure!
Tentative Schedule - April 7, 2021:
Outdoor Equipment Displays: 10am-6pm
Indoor Trade Show Reception: 6pm-8:30pm
Trade Show Registration = $329 (includes 1 indoor display and 1 optional outdoor display)
CEAO Supporting Members = $259 (includes 1 indoor display and 1 optional outdoor display)

Cancellation policy: 100% refund (less credit card processing fees if paid by credit card) before March 31, 2021; no refunds after that date. All cancellations must be made in writing. No shows will be billed.
CEAO is committed to upholding protective measures to keep our conference attendees safe.
- Due to capacity limitations, walk-in registration will not be accepted!
- State and local COVID-19 guidelines will be followed including social distancing.
- Masks will be required.
- Sanitization stations will be available throughout the conference space and hotel.
- Tables will be spaced 6 feet apart.
- Food will be served and/or plated for you by hotel staff.
