FORCE ACCOUNT LAW1/29

 

An updated and corrected version of  the CEAO's  force account and other contract changes originally presented in December  has been completed by Fred Vierow, CEAO Legal Counsel.  The updated version includes the revisions to the ODOT force account law contained in HB 70, several corrections, and response to  questions  raised at our December  conference .     

 

 Also included  are the State Auditor's Bulletins  on "Findings for Recovery"  and related force account information.
