 Exhibit Rate is $495  ($445 for CEAO Supporting Members)

    Neither CEAO nor any other sponsors for the GIS Conference can be held responsible for damaged, lost or stolen equipment.

 

After form has been received by the CEAO, additional information will be sent to you by the George E. Fern Co., who will handle your booth setup details.  For phone lines contact the Crowne Plaza North Hotel.  For any and all electricity, you "must" contact the George Fern Co.  You must bring your own extension cords and multiple plug strips.  Depending on your needs, there may be an additional setup charge by the George E. Fern Co. or the Crowne Plaza North Hotel.      

 

Dee Bickers will be your Trade Show Coordinator.  If you have any questions regarding the Trade Show, please feel free to contact her at the CEAO Office (614) 221-0707 or dbickers@ceao.org.  To ensure a booth, return this form immediately.  Last year all space was completely filled 15 days prior to the deadline date.         

    Form must be received by August 18, 2008.  An invoice for the trade show fee will be sent to you upon receipt of this form.  (Credit Cards not accepted)
