Hotel Accommodations: Contact the Crowne Plaza North Hotel at 614/885-1885 for overnight sleeping rooms by July 6, 2010 to receive the group rate of $104 per night (single/double).
Conference Registration: $135 per person

Cancellation Policy: Refund of conference registration, less an administrative fee of $25 will be made if cancellation is necessary. Full registration will be charged if not notified at least 5 days prior to Conference.
