                      Exhibit Fee is $345 ($295 for CEAO Supporting Members)

                             Includes:      10' x 6' booth space, back drop and side rails

                                                                       1 skirted and draped 30" x table top display and 2 chairs

                                                                       1  7" x 44" ID Sign

                                                                       (Electric, internet, data ports, analog lines, etc. are not included)

                                                                       2 Representatives at no additional charge.  Additional Representatives $35 Each.

                                                                       Refreshments all day, Afternoon Trade Show Reception

                                                Shipments:    Must be sent to: Crowne Plaza North Hotel, 614/885-1885

                                                Seminar Fee:  No charge for Wednesday only, to exhibitors registered for Trade Show.

 TRADE SHOW SCHEDULE:

       Exhibitor Set-Up:                        9:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.

       Registration:                               11:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

       Exhibitor Trade Show Display:  11:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.

       Reception from Late Afternoon - 6:30 p.m.

       All Displays Must Be Dismantled By 9:00 p.m., but not before 6:30 p.m.
