OUTSIDE EQUIPMENT DISPLAY:  We are asking for vendors and counties to display their equipment which can be used for bridges and culvert construction.  Equipment such as bridge trucks, form trailers, excavators, backhoes, demolition hammers, etc., is desired.

INSIDE TABLE DISPLAY:  The desired emphasis is to display and demonstrate bridge and culvert related equipment and supplies.  This conference will provide your company with the opportunity to meet many of Ohio's decision makers.  The charge per table top display is $290 ($240 Supporting Members).  This fee covers the cost of installing, maintaining and dismantling of the display area; the space rental fee; cleaning of the exhibit space; one skirted 6' table; 2 folding chairs and the trade show reception.

Registrations must be received by March 31, 2010.  Once your trade show registration is received by CEAO, an invoice for the trade show fee will be mailed to you and you will be contacted by Dee Bickers from the CEAO Office who will handle the setup details.  Inside display set-up may begin at 6:00 pm, Wednesday, April 14.  All displays must be completely setup by 6:30 pm.  The "Trade Show Reception" is scheduled from 6:30-9:00 pm, April 14.  You must provide your own extension cords and multiple plug strips.  Depending on your needs, there may be an additional setup charge by the lodge.  All inside displays must be removed the evening of Wednesday, April 14, as security will not be provided.  Dee Bickers will be your Trade Show Coordinator.  If you have any questions or need to make changes to your registration, please contact Dee at (614) 221-0707.  Prior to submitting this form, please print a copy for your records.   CEAO can in no way be held responsible for damaged, lost or stolen equipment.
