CSTP (HSIP) Safety Study Applications are Approved for FY 2008 Safety Study Approval List for FY 08
LBR Applications for funding in FY 2013 are Approved The spreadsheet below lists each application received this year. If the application was approved for funding in FY 2012, it is highlighted in orange in the three columns to the far right. If it was approved for FY 2013, these columns are highlighted in blue. The projects highlighted in yellow are those that were approved last year that were subject to reranking again this year. Those that are not highlighted in the far right three columns did not receive funding either due to rank score, CEAO funding limits, or eligibility issues.
CSTP Safety Criteria Trial Run CEAO is performing a trial run of the newly developed safety project criteria for all CSTP and Safety projects in FY 2009 or after. The forms for these projects must be returned to the CEAO Office by August 1, 2007. For further details, please read the Memo below.

Updated CSTP/LBR Federal Funding Policies and Project Application Manual
Toll Revenue Credit Toll Revenue Credit will only be available for programmed projects through Fiscal Year 2008. All LBR projects starting in Fiscal Year 2009 will be returned to an 80% federal/20% local funding split. All projects in Fiscal Year 2008 or earlier which are not yet programmed in ODOT's Ellis System will also be funded at an 80/20 split. All CEAO task orders will also now be 80/20.
Counties with Credit Bridge Program Credit will be allowed to use their credit to fund LBR projects at 95% federal/5% local until their credit balance is depleted.
CSTP Applications on Hold Until Further Notice Beginning in FY 2007, ODOT has given CEAO a goal to spend fifty percent of the annual CSTP allocation on safety projects meeting federal safety program criteria. A criterion based selection process for safety projects must be developed by CEAO, in consultation with ODOT, by January 13, 2006. (See CSTP Safety Subcommittee for Details) Project selection should complement Ohio's Statewide Comprehensive Safety Plan. Until CEAO has determined the impact of this provision on the CSTP Program, CSTP Applications will not be accepted until further notice.
